John, President/CEO

John Anderson

John joined TempsPlus in 2004 after moving back to his hometown of Paducah, KY from Washington, DC. He bought into the company becoming President and CEO of the corporation in 2006.

John’s professional associations and civic involvement exemplify his commitment to giving back to his community and profession. He is past president of the Four Rivers Society of Human Resource Management, Paducah/McCracken County American Red Cross and a board member of the United Way and River Discovery Center. John has also been a past board member of the Paducah Chamber of Commerce and Rotary.  John is an Eagle Scout and actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America.

He holds an MBA from Richmond University in London, England and a BA from the University of Kentucky. In his free time, John enjoys hunting, playing golf, tennis, running, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

John works mostly with women, has three daughters and a wife, and his dog is female. He paints his toenails to fit in.

Wendy, Accounting/Office Manager

Wendy joined TempsPlus in 2008. She previously worked in commercial contracting, chemical manufacturing, and support for the Department of Energy.

She has over 20 years of experience and oversees the accounting, payroll, and office management of TempsPlus. She has been instrumental in TempsPlus’ growth in the light industrial and government contracting sectors through continuous improvement to the back office, which impacts the bottom line.

Wendy served in the United States Army, is an expert marksman and enjoys time at the lake and driving her husband’s monster Jeep to relax.

Leah, Staffing Specialist

Leah Wellenstein

Leah joined TempsPlus in 2012 upon graduating from Murray State University. Her motivation, drive, and dedication led to her promotion to Staffing Specialist in 2015. She coordinates staffing on multiple levels for TempsPlus’ light industrial and administrative accounts.

Leah is a proud MSU Racer and Louisville Cardinal fan. She enjoys reminiscing about breaking her shoulder while four wheeling in the river bottoms of the Ohio/Mississippi. She enjoys reading and spending time with her sons.

Tracey, Staffing Specialist

Tracey joined TempsPlus in 2012 with over 19 years in human resources, staffing, payroll, and contract administration. She has an extensive background in call center operations and the staffing industry.

She is integral to client management, recruiting, coordinating placements, and client development at TempsPlus, and her role continues to grow.

Tracey enjoys reading, being a new “empty nester” and traveling.

Holley, Staffing Specialist/Accounting

Holley Doucet

Holley joined TempsPlus in 2015 as a placement coordinator. She has extensive experience in accounting, project management, and administration.  Holley’s enjoys a challenge and is focused on the many day-to-day operations of TempsPlus and improving our social presence.

She enjoys reminiscing about her days in FL while enjoying driving during the KY winter with limited snow removal equipment.

Mary Lynn, Placement Coordinator, Mayfield/Purchase Area

Mary Lynn joined TempsPlus in 2016. She was born and raised in Mayfield, Kentucky. She has three adult children.

Her interests are taking piano lessons and walking/exercising in her home town.

Mary Lynn has a heart for the military and fund raising in her community.

She likes to travel, music and her job!

Robbie, Administrative Assistant

Robbie joined the TempsPlus team in 2018.  Robbie comes to us with many years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Administrative Assistant and a VP of HR and Marketing.

When she isn’t hard at work here at Temps Plus you can find her hard at work in the vineyard in Fancy Farm.

Kelly, Business Development

Kelly started her New Year off with a bang by joining Temps Plus in January of 2017. She has a background in business and cosmetology. She spent 10 years as Director of Admissions for Lincoln College/Midwest College of Cosmetology in Normal, Illinois. Most recently, she was an Account Executive at KFVS12 our local CBS station. Kelly is responsible for Business Development which is a perfect fit for her. She enjoys what she does and has a desire to support companies in all areas of staffing with a professional team to support her and make sure everything falls in place.

Kelly has been coming to Kentucky Lake since she was a teenager and officially relocated here from Peoria, Illinois in 2010. She enjoys living on the lake with her husband David and their rescue kitty Thomas. She loves target shoots with her dad and cruising around the lake area on her lifted club car. Boating, traveling and spending time entertaining family and friends are just a few things she does in her spare time.
