What are the advantages of TempsPlus?

  1. Try Before You Hire
    TempsPlus offers employers the opportunity to try an employee before you hire them permanently. Temporary-to-permanent placement allows you to leave an employee on our payroll for 90 days, or longer, and then hire them as a permanent employee at no additional fee. Our employee can be hired prior to three months at a prorated fee if desired.  Simply contact our office for more details.

    TempsPlus can place an employee you have selected on our payroll. Payroll Services allows you to “try before you hire.” Payrolling an employee is a great way to bring back retired employees for short-term help or if you do not want the hassle associated with handling payroll.
  1. Personnel Department
    TempsPlus can serve as a central recruiting center for you and will design unique programs to your specific needs. We also can assist with company layoffs by providing resume and workforce assistance.

How much will it cost my company?

The cost to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, workers’ comp costs, job description, and lead time for our staffing managers. TempsPlus is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.

What is the process for finding employees through TempsPlus of Paducah?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. TempsPlus will get the details of the position from you so we will send the most qualified applicants for your needs. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.

You will be asked to complete a credit application and provide wage information as well as a job description for the position. We will provide a rate letter to you and provide information on our services and our policies.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by TempsPlus of Paducah?

Our temporary-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, simply let our office know and we will replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.
