TempsPlus of Paducah is a locally owned and operated full-service staffing agency with offices in Paducah and Mayfield. We began in Paducah, KY, which is still our headquarters. People like us so much that our reach has expanded throughout Far Western Kentucky, Paducah, KY, Benton, KY, Hopkinsville, KY, Mayfield, KY, Murray, KY and Princeton, KY, into Northwest Tennessee, Southern Illinois, and even into Texas, Denton, Pecos, Austin, Houston and beyond!

How We Started

Founded in 1988 by two local business leaders, TempsPlus has assisted businesses in the Purchase Area with all facets of human resources. Brenda Anderson joined TempsPlus in 1990 and the business mainly focused on clerical and customer service staffing. In 2004, John R. Anderson joined TempsPlus becoming President/CEO in 2006. Having achieved tremendous growth over 35 years, TempsPlus focuses on industrial/light industrial, administrative/clerical/customer service, and professional staffing.
