You do what you say your are going to do.  I have never had to call twice to make sure something is done.  If we have an issue with a candidate it is handled immediately.  If I call or email, I usually have a return call or email within an hour or less.  The open flow of communication sets TempsPlus above and beyond anyone else we have worked with.
